Student Support Coordinator/Deputy Title IX Coordinator
Job Description
The Student Support Coordinator/Deputy Title IX Coordinator serves as the lead non-clinical, case manager for the College’s Care Team and serves as a designee for the Title IX Coordinator with regard to student support.
As the lead non-clinical case manager, this position will promote student success and retention; reduce risk; and enhance overall community well-being and safety by identifying needs, removing barriers, leveraging resources, and fostering self-efficacy for students experiencing physical, emotional, academic, and/or psychological difficulties. As the Title IX/Compliance Coordinator designee/deputy, this position will provide individualized support to students who are pregnant or have a pregnancy-related condition, as well as perform a preliminary review of reports of discrimination or harassment involving students.
Minimum education and/or training and experience:
Master’s Degree in related field and two years of related experience or Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of four years of related experience.
